Peace, man! (and/or person of indeterminate gender!)
By contrast with the previous picture, here is some "real Austin": a huge twisty light-up garden peace sign. This belongs to a house just around the corner from the famous 37th street, which is the one with the extravaganza of seasonal holiday decorations every Christmakkahwanza.
