The Birds...
When Alfred Hitchcock made his famous film, he could have come to Austin in the autumn for the sound effects. The noise these migrating black things make is incredible. There are quite a lot here but last year we saw carpet layers of them in one of the mall parking lots one evening, coating cars and trucks as well as the ground.
