happy holidays already
There is no point complaining about it, the shops are full of baubles and sweaters with jingle bells on, and this is not going to change for at least another month. In the meantime we found this outdoor decoration stuck up a lamp post outside a strip mall (an ourdoor row of shops) and rather liked the way it sparkled in the Texas sun. ¶ posted by alice at 8:01 PM

I wouldn't mind have a tiny small version of that on my Christmas tree. :) People have been decorating here since October 1, since there's no Halloween or Thanksgiving to contend with.
