tall fences
What could that big tall fence be for? Is there a prison in there, or a zoo? No, it is just a golf course. I don't know whether it was for road safety or golfball safety, but I had never seen anything like this before. So here it is. ¶ posted by alice at 11:15 AM

I assume that's the Golfsmith driving range because that's the only place I've seen a fence like that. I think it's for the safety of the cars considering that a driving range is a place where lousy golfers like me go to figure out why the ball keeps slicing (veering to the right) and how to stop it. That road is where a good (or really bad) slice would go.
